The Bad Girls’ Very BAD Chevre

CENTRALIA, Wash. - April 14, 2015 - PRLog -- Toledo, Washington – April 14, 2015 - The “Bad Girls of the Double Trouble Ranch” of Toledo (Washington) want to push their Chevre all over the Great Pacific Northwest and then the entire country. They claim that their Chevre is the best in the land and that it is unbeatable. And you are not alone if you are wondering what the heck “Chevre” is but I can tell you that it’s not a car.

Chevre (goat cheese) is a fresh, white, rindless, goat cheese that is similar to cream cheese but softer and fluffier. Chevre is made from 100% goat’s milk and has a mild, almost butter cream flavor. With its’ smooth natural cheese taste, Chevre can be flavored with fruits, vegetables, herbs, and spices. We were told that, “Some BAD flavors are currently in development” by the “Bad Girls” (goats) and their helpers.

Donna Smith, known locally as “The Goat Lady” and also Senior Partner of the Double Trouble Ranch, believes that the time is right for her Chevre. “We have done our homework and feel that the current economy is ripe for expanding businesses like ours - especially in the Pacific Northwest.” Donna said. “We are situated about 70 miles midway between Seattle and Portland and both areas have strong economic growth. They both also have young, progressive, urban populations and that usually means eager buyers of natural and organic foods. That takes care of worrying about great products or a great market simply because we have the great product, our Chevre, and the market is right down the Interstate. Now we just need some expansion capital to take the next step.”

Donna continued “Everyone, locally, loves our Chevre and it is usually gone the same day that it is made. We plan to market it regionally at first and then, hopefully, nationally. We will offer 100% natural Chevre goat cheese products and 100% natural goat clearing services. Our products and services are 100% natural, 100% organic, and even 100 recyclable. And who doesn’t like eco-friendly businesses?”

And what makes their Chevre the best? “We live in the Evergreen State! Lush foliage abounds and that is gourmet health food for goats.” Donna added laughing. “And better food for goats means better milk to make Chevre with.”

“We are also hoping for some community help since this is a community business. We will be expanding and plan to hire local help as needed and will purchase all of our products in Lewis County. We are also seeking some expansion funding on Gofundme.” Donna continued. “We want to grow and then eventually try a public offering so that we can expand nationally. The Lewis County economy can use a little help and we hope to be an integral part of that. We even have a website that keeps people updated on our goat’s shenanigans.”

Double Trouble Ranch plans to achieve their expansion goal with the help of Gofundme.com which is a unique new concept in assisting small businesses. You can view the Double Trouble Ranch proposal and check out the Gofundme website at http://www.gofundme.com/donsmi . “We would appreciate any help that the community can provide and hopefully we can return it tenfold.” Donna added.
