Crowdfunding campaign to Take over a public traded shell company

WASHINGTON - April 14, 2015 - PRLog -- Altavoz has been the only music distribution company to offer it's Artists Bands and Labels ownership and as evidenced by the recent launch of another company making that claim, the public showed that it was intrigued by the idea.  Altavoz is in the position to purchase the majority of the restricted shares of Max Media Group, Inc. (OTC-MXMI) which is a dormant public shell company and our plan is very simple.

As our initial reviews have found no barriers or obstacles from public records reviews and believe that our plan to take control of a clean shell and that is currently trading as a Pinksheet stock and use it to offer the our Artists Bands and Labels that create the entertainment for digital downloads, streaming and physical sales an ownership position in the company that is putting out the entertainment.

We are seeking to raise Forty Five thousand dollars  ($45, 000.00) with which Altavoz will acquire enough of the remaining restricted shares to own one hundred (100) % of Max Media Group. Altavoz will then file the necessary paperwork in 2015 to bring MXMI back into good standing and change stock symbol to AVOZ.
