By: Tryst Restaurant Chef Paul Turano will be serving an exclusive brunch menu throughout the day where guests will enjoy items such as Kale & Brussels Sprout Salad with toasted hazelnuts, parmesan & Verjus vinaigrette, Boozy Blintz with whipped ricotta, tequila & blueberries, Huevos Rancheros, 2 fried eggs with black beans and guacamole, and a Lobster Omelet with herbed mascarpone, lemon, crispy potatoes and greens. Each two course brunch order is accompanied by a mimosa or complimentary non-alcoholic beverage of choice. If Mom would rather sleep in, Tryst will be serving Mother’s Day dinner from 4:30PM to 9:00PM featuring favorites such as Lobster Ragu, hand-crafted gnocchi & buttery bread crumbs ($16) Chicken Tagine with dates, almonds, green olives, Israeli cous cous ($19), Tagliatelle Bolognese with veal, pork & beef, mascarpone & parmesan ($11) and Pig Under a Brick with roasted grapes, red cabbage & scallion potato puree ($22).
