Growth-Driven Changes: Targeted Sales and Customer Service are the Focus in 2015

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - April 10, 2015 - PRLog -- Citra Health Solutions announced record-breaking sales for the fourth quarter in 2014 and expansion into new markets that led to new sales positions and a focus on more targeted customer service.

Steve Gerry joins Citra’s dynamic team as VP, Strategic Alliances and Southeast Sales to continue creating strategic partnerships and building solid relationships with customers. Having spent more than 12 years in healthcare information technology, Gerry comes with a wealth of experience in building sales channels within emerging markets, and by joining Citra during a growth phase, he will continue to foster strong sales initiatives and implement strategies that will give Citra a competitive advantage.

Prior to joining Citra, Gerry served the marketplace through companies including Harris Healthcare, Toshiba Medial Systems and Allscripts, where he was constantly recognized as a top performer among his peers.  His extensive industry experience in healthcare includes providing customized EHR, Practice Management, Revenue Cycle Management, and enterprise software solutions to hospitals, IDNs and physician organizations.  Steve also held leadership roles at AT&T Business Services and Bankers Trust in New York City, cultivating new business and expanding sales channels within emerging markets.

In addition, Tom Germano has been selected as Regional Account Manager to further demonstrate Citra’s commitment to customer service. In this newly created role among Citra’s sales team, Germano will be called upon to use his experience in client retention and account expansion by implementing best practice standards for client engagement and communication. Germano joined Citra in July 2013 and has over 22 years of experience as a pacesetter in the healthcare community.
