Papagayo Executive Chef Chris Damian Goes Behind The Line with the BCAE’s Celebrity Chef Series

BOSTON - April 9, 2015 - PRLog -- WHAT:Papagayo Executive Chef Chris Damian joins the city’s best chefs in the Boston Center for Adult Education’s (BCAE) on-going celebrity chef cooking series, Behind The Line. On Monday, May 11th, 2015, from 6:00PM to 9:00PM, Damian invites students to be his sous chef for the evening as the BCAE turns into a full service restaurant. Working in the kitchen, students roll up their sleeves and turn up the heat while they assist Damian in making dinner for 10-12 dinner guests. Preparing some of his brilliant authentic Mexican bites from Papagayo’s menu, he’ll guide students through the process while sharing a few culinary tips and tricks.

If being a sous chef isn’t your thing, sign up to be a Behind the Line dinner guest. Guests enjoy wine and three dishes prepared by Chef Damian and his students for only $35.
