Lightworx Entertainment Acquires "Ashes of Eden" For Worldwide Distribution

LANSING, Mich. - April 8, 2015 - PRLog -- Lightworx chief managing partner, Randy Maricle was the marketing force behind 2014’s GODS NOT DEAD, when he was with PureFlix Entertainment. His company is proud to add “Ashes of Eden” to their fall line up. The film is also in negotiations for extended theatrical play dates out west leading up to the worldwide release.

Ashes is a story about the son of a single mother police officer, who gets in over his head when he chooses a life of crime. The story has a strong theme of redemption based loosely upon the parable of the prodigal son.

“Ashes of Eden” stars Melissa Anschutz, Michael Joiner, Steven Sutherland, DJ Perry, Carlucci Weyant and Mayra Leal, alongside a powerful supporting cast.  It was written and directed by Shane Hagedorn. The film was produced by a team led by DJ Perry and was collaboration between New House Entertainment, Collective Development and Ahptic Productions.
