World Champion Otavio Sousa Opens a New Gracie Barra Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu School in Huntington Beach

HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif. - April 7, 2015 - PRLog -- Huntington Beach, California. - April 6, 2015 - The Gracie Barra Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Association is excited to announce the opening of a new Gracie Barra Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu School in Huntington Beach, CA, led by multi-time Jiu-Jitsu World Champion, Professor Otavio Sousa.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art, combat sport, and self defense system, and it is referred to as the ‘Gentle Art’. Gracie Barra Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu programs are available to all ages and all skill levels. The Gracie Barra Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu programs offered in Huntington Beach include Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Little Champions (Kids) Program, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Fundamentals Program, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Advanced Program, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt Program, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Women's Program, and Private Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Training.

Otavio Sousa is a well-known competitor in the Jiu-Jitsu community. He has won 5 Jiu-Jitsu World Championships and 1 No-Gi Black Belt World Championship, among a large number of other high-achieving accomplishments. He actively competes in the world’s largest and most recognized Jiu-Jitsu competitions, including the Pan-American, World, and ADCC. His popularity as a competitor developed over the years through his “steamroller” style. Students now will have the opportunity to learn directly from a decorated athlete that has proven himself in competition.
