MARLTON, N.J. - April 7, 2015 - PRLog -- J.L. Weiner & Associates CEO and Founder Jo-Ann Weiner has recently earned the globally preferred Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) credential. In order to become a CFE, Ms. Weiner has met a stringent set of criteria and passed a rigorous exam administered by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).

In order to earn the highly-coveted distinction, Ms. Weiner successfully demonstrated expertise in four critical areas: Fraudulent Financial Transactions; Fraud Prevention and Deterrence; Legal Elements of Fraud; and, Fraud Investigation. Moreover, she met the ACFE’s character, experience and education requirements for the CFE credential.

In her role as a CFE, Ms. Weiner has the ability to: examine data and records to detect and trace fraudulent transactions; interview suspects to obtain information and confessions; draft investigation reports and advise clients of her findings; testify as an expert witness during litigation proceedings; understand the law as it relates to fraud and fraud investigations; and identify the underlying factors that motivate individuals to commit fraud.

Further, as an Enrolled Agent and member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents (NAEA) and the New Jersey Society of Enrolled Agents (NJSEA), Ms. Weiner is one of America's Tax Experts.
