PhyMed Healthcare Group Announces Truitt C. Ellis, M.D., as President of TSA

Ellis, M.D., to the presidential office of the Tennessee Society of Anesthesiologists (TSA). Dr. Ellis, a practicing anesthesiologist with Anesthesia Medical Group (AMG), a PhyMed company, and former president-elect of the TSA, succeeds Joseph Bondranko, M.D. in this prestigious role.

Through his years of involvement with the TSA’s Political Action Committee (PAC), Dr. Ellis has spearheaded legislative activity and political advocacy to ensure that the TSA’s collective voice for patient safety is represented at the state level. His work and dedication represent physician anesthesiologists’ ongoing focus on patient safety before, during and after surgery.

Dr. Ellis has shown the TSA PAC’s diligent commitment to patient care and the medical field while navigating an ever-changing political landscape.
