NEW YORK - April 10, 2015 - PRLog -- The 5th Annual Swiss Private Equity Conference will take place  at the Dolder Grand Hotel in Zurich, Switzerland from  8.00 am to 6.00 pm. CEO’s and top tier executives from several industries and sectors, inclusive of bankers, venture capitalists and wealth managers; consultants and attorneys specializing in finance and banking; and entrepreneurs and industry experts with knowledge of the latest trends will be attending the conference. Over 300 participants are expected to attend this private equity conference.

After a 30-minute break, at 12 noon, another round of panel discussions are scheduled on the following topics: “CEO Perspective---What are the differences noticed between managing a company under private equity vs shareholders?”, “Exit Opportunities in Switzerland---Why choose an IPO as an exit strategy? How to make sure it pays off?”, and “Fundraising---What are the best processes, resources and target levels in today’s market?”.

By lunchtime, Janusz Heath, the Managing Director, Head of Investment Management Emerging Markets and member of the board of directors of Capital Dynamics will deliver the conference keynote speech.

Another round of panel discussions will ensue after the network break. The topics up for discussions are:   “Deal Sourcing in Switzerland---Which investments to source for superior returns?”, “Limited Partners’ Perspective---What LPs are looking in private equity investments in the current market conditions?” and “Mega Funds---How can mega funds ensure value creation for the portfolio companies?”
