FRANKLIN, Tenn. - April 6, 2015 - PRLog -- The first month of Spring looks to herald in much success for Stormberg Real Estate Group.

In March four of the company's listings went under contract. These include 487 Williamsport in Smyrna, under contract in 22 days at full list price; 1052 Tanyard Springs in Spring Hill, under contract in 19 days at 98% of list price;  514 N Petway Unit 202 in Franklin, under contract in 14 days at 96% of list price; and 2000 Newark Lane Unit F101 in Thompson's Station, under contract in 8 days at full list price.

In addition, Stormberg Real Estate Group had two successful buyer closings in March.
