Fort Myers Attorney John Miller Meets US Supreme Court Chief Justice Roberts

FORT MYERS, Fla. - April 6, 2015 - PRLog -- The law firm of Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A. is pleased to announce that Attorney John Miller, a shareholder in the firm’s Tort & Insurance Litigation practice, recently traveled to Washington, DC, in conjunction with the Florida Bar Young Lawyers Board of Governors. The elected governors met privately with Chief Justice John Roberts who gave a brief history of the Court. Miller is now admitted to practice in front of the United States Supreme Court.

Miller focuses his litigation practice in tort and insurance defense, municipal and governmental liability defense, and professional negligence defense. He also speaks and writes frequently before public and private associations. Miller has been recognized by Florida Super Lawyers® magazine (2011, 2013-2014) as a “Rising Star” in the field of civil litigation defense. He also received the James A. Miller is very active in the community and serves on the Board of Directors for the Foundation for Lee County Public Schools and Child Care of Southwest Florida. He also serves as the Young Lawyer Director on the Florida Defense Lawyers Association Board of Directors and is a member of the Florida Bar, Young Lawyers Division, Board of Governors. Miller is former president of the Young Lawyers Division of the Lee County Bar Association and is a member of the Defense Research Institute.
