PHOENIX - April 3, 2015 - PRLog -- Phoenix-March 31, 2015- Eagle Commercial Realty Services, AMO is pleased to announce the sale of Riverview Storage and Clearwater Storage, a two property self storage portfolio in Bullhead City, Arizona. The self-storage facilities sold March 31, 2015 for $600,000. The properties, located at 1360 Riverview Drive and 2126 Clearwater Drive in Bullhead City, AZ consists of 152 drive up storage units for 27,846 square feet.  The Sellers were private investors based in Bullhead City.
