Smoke from Laptop on Delta flight 6023 Forces an Emergency Landing in Buffalo

 
April 3, 2015 - PRLog -- 4/1/15BUFFALO,N.Y.(WKBW)-Delta flight 6023 from LaGuardia to Chicago made an emergency landing in Buffalo, Wednesday evening.

NFTA Spokesman Doug Hartmayer says a laptop started smoking mid-cabin.  A flight attendant poured water on the laptop to put out the smoke.

There were 53 people onboard the plane.No one was hurt. The flight continued to Chicago after the emergency landing. The computer was handed over to NFTA Police.
