Designer Silvia Bours Presents a Line of Alluring Party Dresses

The Silvia Bours line is strongly influenced by the high end luxury of French royalty with distinctive hints from the Victorian Era, reminiscent of aristocracy and fairytale princesses. In 2006 Bours pursued her fashion design dream by attending the Art Institute of Tucson, Arizona, majoring in fashion design. Her unique experiences and creative mind allow her designs to stand out.
