Subaru South Orlando Sponsors The Florida Run: One of the State’s Most Scenic Races

ORLANDO, Fla. - Oct. 20, 2015 - PRLog -- Subaru South Orlando is a proud sponsor of The Florida Run—one of Central Florida’s most beautiful and scenic races. The race will begin at 7:45 a.m. on November 14, 2015, and will take place in the breathtaking Lake Luisa State Park—one park that stands to benefit from this event.

Keeping Florida a picturesque place to live, and supporting local groups like The Boy Scouts of Orlando are efforts Subaru South Orlando upholds. Proceeds of this race will directly support this youth group and an array of state parks across Florida.

Runners will be able to choose from four distances for The Florida Run, including a Half Marathon, 10K, 5K, or 1 mile Kids Run, and have the option to register as individuals, or as a team in the Challenge Competition.  The race course winds throughout the state park, and runners will experience a variety of terrains including paved roads, dirt pathways, grass, and sand.

Subaru South Orlando is thrilled to sponsor this event, in conjunction with Athleta, Christian Brothers Automotive, For the Health of It, and One Yoga and Fitness.
