InterFood Ural Exhibition is to debut in Ekaterinburg, Russia

EKATERINBURG, Russian Federation - April 2, 2015 - PRLog -- Over three days, food manufacturers and suppliers will use InterFood Ural as a platform to promote their products, learn about the region’s food industry, and seek new business partnerships with local food producers, wholesalers, distributors, retailers and restaurateurs.

The majority of exhibitors are Russian companies. These participants will present dairy products, poultry, semi-finished products, meat products, gourmet foods, confectionery products, baked goods and drinks.

Presentations and product tastings will take place at the stands of Sredneuralskaya Poultry Farm, Irbitsky Dairy Plant, Ariant, Soyuzpishcheprom, DelMas, Kuban Tea, Karachinsky Istochnik, Class-Food-Servis, Sultan and many more.

InterFood Ural’s ‘Food Industry Equipment, Packaging and Ingredients’ sector will showcase innovative products for the full food production cycle. The companies DuPont, INBUKO, OKIL, HERMES and NOMAS will exhibit in this sector.

The event’s business programme includes seminars, conferences and the ’Best Product Contest’.

The first day of the exhibition will be dedicated to domestic manufacturers. Import substitution issues will be discussed at the ‘Russian Goods: Sales & Marketing’ forum organised in collaboration with BBCG-Ural. The forum will be a place for direct dialogue between food product manufacturers, retail networks, and government institutions.

On the second day of the exhibition, the topic of new technologies in the catering service system and retail distribution will be address. EkbPromo will hold the conference ‘Innovations in Catering and Retail’ for market players from Yekaterinburg, Chelyabinsk, Perm and Tyumen.
