Catch And Spread A Smile Challenge

ATLANTA - April 1, 2015 - PRLog -- The Catch and Spread a Smile Challenge will continue until May 31, 2015. The challenge, which started on March 1, was created by Carol Harper, whose goal is to help people smile more. Smiling is one way to raise your self-esteem and Carol wants to help people have a healthier self-esteem. Ms. Harper is a local author who speaks on self-esteem.

"We catch a cold and spread the germs every year," said Ms. Harper. Now, everyone can catch and spread a smile every spring. We need a challenge that will bring smiles to  people and unite us. Everyone smiles in the same language.

Carol is a brain injury survivor and wants to give back to the Brain Injury Association of Georgia. The suggested donation is $15.00 but any donation is appreciated. Donate to  www.braininjurygeorgia.com. Put catch a smile in the special instructions box.

Part one of the challenge is to smile and say five positive things about you. It can't be about your physical being, it must be about your inner being. We are so focused on our outward appearance that we don't look inside and see who we really are. Ms. Harper wants to raise awareness of our inner being.

Part two of the challenge is to smile at five people during the course of your day and get them to smile back. When we smile, we release endorphins that make us feel good. These endorphins are released to others and they catch them and smile back. Give each person a sincere compliment as well. Do this for five days and you will complete the challenge.
