Kent State College of Business Administration Faculty Invited to Faculty Recognition Reception

KENT, Ohio - April 1, 2015 - PRLog -- Five College of Business Administration faculty members will be recognized at the Faculty Recognition Reception on April 8 at 3:30 p.m.

Min Chen, doctoral accounting student; Wendy Tietz, associate professor of accounting; Kathryn Wilson, professor of economics; Lawrence Marks, associate professor of marketing; and Craig Zamary, instructor of entrepreneurship were nominated by students registered with Student Accessibility Services (SAS), who have helped make Kent State an inviting and accommodating university for students with disabilities.

“I am delighted that our faculty has been recognized for the work they do, especially with students in SAS,” said Deborah Spake, Ph.D., dean of the College of Business Administration. “The recognition of Min, Wendy, Kathy, Larry and Craig demonstrate the caring nature and dedication of the faculty members we have at the College of Business Administration.”

The reception will include a keynote presentation by Melody Tankersley, Ph.D., associate provost for academic affairs, with the awards being presented by Provost Todd Diacon. The reception takes place Wednesday, April 8 at 3:30 p.m. in Room 306 of the Kent State Student Center.

The five College of Business Administration faculty members are among 32 other Kent State University faculty members being recognized.
