Fort Myers Attorney Carlos Kelly Appointed to SalusCare Finance Committee

FORT MYERS, Fla. - April 1, 2015 - PRLog -- The law firm of Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A. is pleased to announce that Attorney Carlos A. Kelly, a stockholder in the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice group, has been appointed to serve on SalusCare, Inc.’s Finance Committee. SalusCare provides behavioral healthcare services to all regardless of disability or handicap in locations throughout Southwest Florida. Services include outpatient, residential, emergency/crisis services, prevention programming, and community-based services to help individuals living at home.

Kelly handles eminent domain and real estate disputes, including foreclosures, title insurance litigation, commercial and residential evictions, and other real estate related claims. He also handles business claims, such as fraud and contract lawsuits, shareholder disputes, and other claims between business partners. Kelly has been published by The Florida Bar and writes on eminent domain topics on Henderson Franklin’s blog, The Legal Scoop on Southwest Florida Real Estate.

Kelly serves on the Southwest Florida Museum of History Foundation Board. He is also a member of the Association of Eminent Domain Professionals, the Real Estate Investment Society, and The Florida Bar’s Eminent Domain Committee.
