By: Laura's House “The growth of our Wine & Dine benefit over the past four years is inspiring, as the community continues to gather to raise funds for services designed to provide Laura’s House clients with the same health, happiness and safety enjoyed by our event guests,” said Margaret Bayston, executive director of Laura’s House. “If the impact of our organization ends with those we serve, it most definitely begins with those who serve the organization, including the many familiar supporters we anticipate seeing – and other new friends of the organization we look forward to meeting this year.” Starting at 2 p.m., Laura’s House supporters will have the chance to taste 60 different wines. Wine connoisseur Dr. Frank Murray, along with Vino Paraiso Wine Store proprietor Yvette Poe, will lead guests through a blind tasting contest. The special event also will include entertainment, gourmet food, and a wine-themed silent auction featuring tastings, unique experiences and more than 100 bottles of premium wine. Featured wineries include: Cowboy Canyon Winery, Trinitas, Giracci Vineyards, a wonderful selections from Vino Paraiso, the portfolio of Southern Wine & Spirits and Frank Murray’s California Selections. Individual tickets are $100. Event sponsorships are still available and range from $500 to $1,500.
