TVS Television Network Establishes TVS Licensing Bureau Division and Enforcement Division

CALIFORNIA CITY, Calif. - March 31, 2015 - PRLog -- TVS Television Network has stepped up it's audio and video licensing with the establishment of the TVS Licensing Bureau. In adition, it has added enforcement protocols to protect TVS from unauthorized use of it's audio and video libraries.

"We are bringing all TVS licensing in house and no longer using third party licensing agencies,: said  TVS CEO Tom Ficara, who has owned TVS since 1990.

"We value our long time partners such as Fox, HBO, and international producers, and we are making our way with ESPN and other new licensing partners, Ficara continued. "We are no longer tolerating companies who would use our property without proper licensing directly from TVS. We have no licensing representatives at this point. If you are using TVS programming - audio or video- from a third party licensee, you are using it with no legal rights."

To combat the illegal rights use of TVS property, TVS has added an enforcement portion of the new division that will seek legal action against all companies who are using or representing TVS programming.

"It's a new era in video and audio licensing for independent companies such as TVS," Ficara concluded. "We are excited about this new era, and we are vigilant in making sure that TVS programming is only licensed through TVS. We will not hesitate to start legal action against any company that continues to utilize TVS programming without the express written authorization from TVS."
