Hero of the Month Contest Opens April 1st, 2015

LOS ANGELES - March 31, 2015 - PRLog -- Starting tomorrow, April 1st, submit a story recognizing an LA City Firefighter for your chance to win a 4 day/3 night all-expense paid lodging vacation in Mammoth Lakes, CA.  Our new community support program, Hero of the Month will feature the men and woman of the LA City Fire Department for the month of April.

If you know a LA City Firefighter in your community that has a great heartwarming, heroic story, submit it to us, we will post it on our Blog, Facebook and Twitter to be shared with all.

At the end of the month a story will be selected, and the named hero & the story submitter will be awarded with 2 beautiful condos for them and their families. Please note: you do not have to be a LA City Firefighter to submit a story.

The two prizes awarded (MRBO paid lodging) to the Hero’s family, as well as to the story submitter will be through a gracious donation to the Widows Orphans & Disabled Fireman’s Fund by our kind property owners.  For information on how to support the WODFF, visit www.wodff.org.
