BOSTON - March 30, 2015 - PRLog -- WHAT:          Hats off to the Class of 2015 and welcome to adulthood. But before that, have just one more celebration with Mom and Dad footing the bill. This graduation season, Beacon Hill Hotel & Bistro invites graduates to sanctify their achievements with a special three-course prix fixe graduate lunch and dinner in the quaint bistro.

         For lunch, diners can enjoy a selection of dishes for $32 per person including Roasted Beet Salad with thyme, farmer’s cheese and almond vinaigrette, Maine Salmon with black lentils, celery root puree and spiced red wine, and Bacon, leeks and goat cheese quiche with local greens.

         For dinner, new graduates can indulge in a three course meal for $55 per person with options such as Yellowfoot Chanterelle Risotto with red wine butter, parmesan and chive, Dry Aged Duck Breast with roasted Brussel sprouts, salsify, quince and bacon ravigote, and Goat Cheese Ravioli with roasted golden beets, walnuts and truffle butter. Last, but not least diners have their choice of à la carte desserts for both lunch and dinner including Devil’s Food Cake, Cheesecake, Vanilla Bean Crème Brûlée, Pear Frangipane Tart, or a personalized Graduation Cake!
