For dinner, new graduates can indulge in a three course meal for $55 per person with options such as Yellowfoot Chanterelle Risotto with red wine butter, parmesan and chive, Dry Aged Duck Breast with roasted Brussel sprouts, salsify, quince and bacon ravigote, and Goat Cheese Ravioli with roasted golden beets, walnuts and truffle butter.
