Tra Ponti Villaggio sales center now open

Tra Ponti Villaggio is a new, planned neighborhood of 23 custom single-family courtyard homes and three-story townhomes in the Venetian Theme District adjacent to the Venetian Waterway Trail and the Intracoastal Waterway.

The developer is currently offering a limited time incentive prior to the land being platted. There is a $50,000 incentive off lots 4-9 and $75,000 incentive off lots 20-22. Lot 23 with home is currently priced at $899,900, a savings of over $100,000. Construction for the first residences is expected to begin in June 2015.

The neighborhood will offer a variety of homes including 10 45’6” x 115’ homesites adjacent to Venice Avenue, nine 50’6” x 115’ homesites adjacent to Tampa Avenue, and four 30’ wide townhome sites on the Intracoastal Waterway fronting American Legion Way. The homes on Venice Avenue and Tampa Avenue will be single- and two-story homes, and the homes on the waterway are three-story.
