Spend On Organisational Learning Continues In Times Of Austerity

- World-Leading Incident Investigation Company Kelvin TOP-SET Ltd Moves Into New Global Headquarters

IRVINE, U.K. - March 27, 2015 - PRLog -- In order to service the growing demands of their customer base around the world, and after yet another period of significant growth, Kelvin TOP-SET has relocated to brand new global headquarters in Ayrshire, Scotland.  “With great transport links and further scope for expansion, the Annickbank Innovation Campus in Irvine is the perfect place for our fast-moving innovative business to continue to thrive,” says David Ramsay, Kelvin TOP-SET’s Managing Director.

In the current economic climate, with tales of falling oil prices, austerity measures and cost-cutting hitting the front pages of every newspaper, Kelvin TOP-SET’s continued growth highlights the fact that, even in these challenging times, companies are still investing heavily in organisational learning. The constant drive to prevent work-place incidents through a continual learning approach to safety and training is what motivates many companies to engage the services of Kelvin TOP-SET year-upon-year.

“Our global customers are constantly learning from incidents and updating their company processes and procedures as a result. We too are a learning organisation, and consequently expansion into new premises will allow us to serve our clients with even more speed and efficiency than before, and continue to support them in their efforts to eliminate incidents in their companies,” said Ramsay.

Kelvin TOP-SET will continue to coordinate its core business of teaching incident investigation courses, and leading and facilitating incident investigations from the new headquarters in Irvine, and from its business hubs in the USA, Brazil, Norway and the Netherlands. The team has also been working on exciting new projects including the recent addition of an e-learning Root Cause Analysis Course, which is an affordable and practical way to learn about this important technique that can help to reduce incidents and improve Health and Safety in the workplace.

In the pipeline for 2015 are updates to TOP-SET Investigation Software and closer ties between the Kelvin TOP-SET Incident Investigation System and the Tripod Barrier Analysis Tool.
