FORT MYERS, Fla. - March 26, 2015 - PRLog -- Six Bends Harley-Davidson is proud to announce that they will be hosting Summerland on Thursday, June 11 at Top Rocker Field. The national concert tour features bands such as Toadies, Fuel, American Hi-Fi and Everclear.

Summerland is an annual, alternative rock concert tour that features many prominent bands from the 1990s. Formed in 2012 by Art Alexakis of Everclear, this will be the fourth year the tour has taken place. In it’s debut year, the concert was named as one of the “10 Hottest Summer Package Tours” by Rolling Stone magazine.

For more than two decades, Everclear's sound has reflected the rock, post-punk, and singer/songwriter influences of lead singer Art Alexakis, including acts like X, the Replacements, the Pixies, Bruce Springsteen, Tom Petty, and Elvis Costello. The band found success with their first three albums on Capitol Records, Sparkle and Fade, So Much for the Afterglow, and Songs from an American Movie Vol. One: Learning How to Smile, which were all certified platinum.

After bursting onto the national scene with their breakthrough Rubberneck album, which begat their signature single “Possum Kingdom,” the successful follow-up single “Away” and the immense fan favorite “Tyler,” Toadies have recently revisited their platinum-selling 1994 debut with a 20th anniversary reissue of the album.

Fuel formed in 1993 while playing the club circuit in and around Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The band signed to Sony Records and in 1998 released their critically lauded, debut album Sunburn with the massive hit single “Shimmer”. Their second album Something Like Human took the band to a new level of stardom, hitting multi-platinum status driven by the singles “Innocent” and “Hemorrhage”, which remained at #1 for ten weeks. In 2003, Fuel released their third record Natural Selection, and found success at radio again with the hit song “Falls On Me”.

Blood & Lemonade is American Hi-Fi’s fourth full length album and their first since 2010’s Fight the Frequency. Featuring the “Golden State” and other notables “Allison” and “Armageddon Days,” the record wholly embraces the sound and spirit of classic, guitar rock mixed with the power pop sensibilities that lead to their worldwide smash “Flavor of The Weak.” Blood & Lemonade was released worldwide on September 16, 2014 via Rude Records.

Tickets for Summerland will go on sale at 10 a.m. on Friday, March 27 and are available at SixBends.com. Tickets are $32.50 in advance and $42.50 if purchased at the gate. VIP packages are also available and include early access, private area with restrooms, complimentary code to download the new Everclear album and more.

On June 11, gates will open at 6 p.m. and the music will begin at 7 p.m. The concert will go on rain or shine and guests are asked to refrain from bringing food or drink, coolers, chairs or umbrellas to the event.
