LONG BEACH, Calif. - March 25, 2015 - PRLog -- It's very hard to stay cool when someone is in your face, getting loud, or killing the moment. 6 Out of 10 Americans witness bullying once a day, and in 2014 the shocking statistics say that 96% of employees experience bullying in the workplace, but only 13% reported it.
Rita Harrison has been working with people suffering from all kinds of verbal, and mental abuse for the last 30 years said "I had to produce a video workshop full of secret European tools to help people get back in a good space."

Professor and practising psychologist, Heinz Leymann, reported that last year, Workplace Bullying, Mobbing and General Harassment may have accounted for an estimated 15% of suicides.
He went on to say that what he calls Mobbing, can be considered almost like a "virus" or a "cancer" that spreads throughout the workplace, or home via gossip, rumor, and unfounded accusations. Leymann points out that the "mental effects" were fully comparable with those of PTSD.
Some people may develop alcoholism, or other substance abuse disorders.
Family, and relationships routinely suffer.
Targets often develop brief psychotic episodes, generally with paranoid symptoms.
