         ONTARIO, Calif.—March 25, 2015—The Ontario office of Lee & Associates, the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firm in the nation, has announced that Jonathan Selznick, a retail investment specialist who focuses on the acquisition and disposition of shopping centers in Southern California, has joined its office in Ontario.

         Selznick, who joins Lee & Associates as a Partner and Shareholder, brings extensive market knowledge for the Southern California region. Indeed, his ability to assist clients who are looking for the highest value for their shopping centers, advising and executing 1031 exchange and portfolio growth strategies and helping developers and value-added principals locate, reposition, and maximize their returns on opportunistic investments, has made him one of the region’s leading brokers.

         Prior to Lee & Associates, Selznick was with Hanley Investment Group from 2012 to 2015. In 2007, he joined Pacific Commercial Investments and from 2002 to 2007, Selznick was Vice President of Sales and Business Development at First American Real Estate Solutions (now called CoreLogic). Under his leadership there, revenues within his division grew by more than 60%.

         A member of ICSC, Selznick earned his BS in Business Administraion with an emphasis in Finance at San Diego State University. He received his MBA with an emphasis in International Business from the Argyros School of Business and Economics at Chapman University.
