AAIM Expects Another Sold Out Leadership Conference in 2015

ST. LOUIS - March 24, 2015 - PRLog -- AAIM Employers’Association announces its full lineup of speakers including keynotes and breakouts for  its 2015 Leadership Conference to be held May 12, 2015 at the Sheraton Westport Chalet Hotel. This full-day conference is one of the area’s most highly attended events for business leaders and human resource professionals, focusing on current issues such as employee engagement, leadership development, talent management, benefits, corporate culture, and payroll technology. More than 500 attendees are expected for this year’s conference.

Keynote speakers at the conference include Dr. Mae Jemison, Shuttle Endeavor astronaut and the first woman of color in space; Arnold Donald, the CEO of Carnival Corporation, the world’s largest cruise line; and David Peacock, former President of Anheuser-Busch, and current co-chair of the committee tasked with keeping the NFL in St. Louis.

The conference is created for CEOs, CFOs, HR professionals, and business owners who will benefit from the presentations organized into ten breakout sessions and three learning tracks: HR, Leadership, and Business. The keynote presentations feature Dr. Mae Jemison who will share her inspiring journey from the depths of space on the Space Shuttle to what she’s passionate about on the ground today. Arnold Donald will share leadership traits that led him from his early days at Monsanto to the success story promoting Equal at Merisant, to getting the call that would place him as the central figure in a turnaround story at Carnival Corporation. Finally, David Peacock, who after serving as President of Anheuser-Busch from 2008-2012 now finds himself a regional franchisee for Jamba Juice and leading the charge to keep the NFL in St. Louis.
