New Jersey Eye Center Celebrates 37th Year of Excellent Outpatient Cataract Surgery

BERGENFIELD, N.J. - March 24, 2015 - PRLog -- New Jersey Eye Center, a premier eye care facility is excited to celebrate 37 years of successful Outpatient Cataract Surgery.

Dr. Joseph Dello Russo, an Alpine resident, was the first doctor in the Northeast (1978) to offer cataract surgery in a fully equipped private surgical center rather than a hospital. Since then, outpatient ambulatory surgery centers became the standard of care.

New Jersey Eye Center is accredited by AAAHC (Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care) and has a philosophy of patient focused care in a quality and safety oriented environment. The center performs state of the art, refractive cataract surgery, which often eliminates the use of glasses in a 10-minute procedure.
