The Apprentice reject goes it alone

March 23, 2015 - PRLog -- Maggie Brown, 30, has auditioned for The Apprentice a few times but has never got through to the actual show.  After another rejection earlier this year she's now decided her belief in her business idea is strong enough to warrant going it alone without Lord Sugar's investment.

She has designed and set up her website Faulty Stuff, www.faultystuff.co.uk   the only UK online auction style website dedicated to people buying and selling faulty or broken items, from hair strighteners and computer consoles to jewellery and furnitre.

"We all have a drawer with a broken mobile phone in it, now there's a dedicated place to sell it!  I've done the whole website myself and am really proud of what I've acheived.  The site is environmentally friendly, we want less going to landfill.  We also want people to make money out of things they have no use for, the buyers are people who could fix the item or use it for spares, everyone's a winner!"

The website has just gone live and with items free to list and very reasonable final selling fees, it seems when something breaks from now on, rather than despairing, we'll all sell it on Faulty Stuff!
