Elliott Broidy Continues With Philanthropic Dedication in Spring 2015

LOS ANGELES - March 23, 2015 - PRLog -- Although Elliott Broidy has been celebrated for various accomplishments through his high profile career, some of his most significant endeavors are his contributions to charity.   Rather than staying in one genre, Elliott Broidy has committed to a wide range of diverse organizations.  He aligns himself with areas he feels passionate about and with groups that are striving to make an impact in society.

Wilshire Boulevard Temple

Founded in 1929, the historic Wilshire Boulevard Temple reopened its auditorium with a concert in December 2013. Elliott Broidy and other civic leaders attended to rally support for the surrounding neighborhood. Elliott Broidy has also served on the temple’s board.

Aviva Center

Elliott Broidy and his wife, Robin Broidy, are long-standing contributors to the Los Angeles-based organization, Aviva Center, where the belief is that every child and every family in the community deserves the chance for a brighter future.  Aviva Family and Children’s Services is a licensed provider of mental health and social services. The various programs result in lasting changes in the lives of children, teens and families as they receive the help they need to cope with traumatic experiences and are able to develop appropriate social, behavioral and independent living skills.

American Ballet Theater

Elliott Broidy attended "Stars under the Stars," the Los Angeles star studded event that benefited the American Ballet Theater and help launch the 75th anniversary season of the celebrated dance company.  This event raised $250,000 for the American Ballet Theater.  The American Ballet Theater is currently in New York with their all-new production of The Sleeping Beauty in celebration of the Company’s 75th Anniversary Season.

Wounded Warrior Project

Elliott Broidy supports the men and women serving in the United States military by giving to the Wounded Warrior Project.  The Wounded Warrior Project is a nonprofit that assists veterans with a variety of services. The organization has created several programs that give injured vets specialized care, but the ability for programs to be thorough and successful depends greatly on private donations.

Elliott Broidy graduated with an MBA from the USC Marshall School Business and went on to start Broidy Capital Management. The success of his investment firm has allowed him to become a leading philanthropist with numerous projects, often focusing on his hometown of Los Angeles.
