Rollex Corporation Announces Agreement to Purchase ALSCO

ELK GROVE VILLAGE, Ill. - March 21, 2015 - PRLog -- Rollex Corporation announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to purchase ALSCO. Headquartered in Ashville, Ohio, ALSCO is one of North America's largest suppliers of aluminum building products. The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2015. Upon completion of the transaction ALSCO will continue to operate under the ALSCO brand name as a wholly owned subsidiary of Rollex Corporation.
