Klemchuk LLP Welcomes S. Roxanne Edwards, Of Counsel

DALLAS - March 20, 2015 - PRLog -- Klemchuk LLP, a leading full-service intellectual property (IP) law firm, proudly announces S. Roxanne Edwards as its newest of counsel attorney.

At Klemchuk, Roxanne will focus on brand management, including domestic and international trademark portfolio protection and enforcement, as well as provide counsel and guidance to clients with respect to related intellectual property matters such as trade dress, copyright, IP licensing and optimization, social media, and cybersquatting and Internet issues.

Prior to joining Klemchuk, Roxanne was the head of the Intellectual Property Group at Brown, PC, where she managed the intellectual property portfolios for clients including establishing, protecting, and enforcing clients’ intellectual property rights, and represented businesses and entrepreneurs in various transactional and general counsel matters. Prior to joining Brown, PC, Roxanne was a Partner at Baker & McKenzie LLP, where she represented Fortune 500 and multinational companies in various areas of intellectual property law around the globe with a focus on all aspects of global brand development, management, and enforcement.
