The Godfather Returns in Mafioso Murders on March 28th in Chandler

CHANDLER, Ariz. - March 19, 2015 - PRLog -- Murder Ink Productions is bringing back their popular interactive mystery, Mafioso Murders, to Fazio’s Catering Hall in Chandler on Saturday, March 28. Their January production sold out. The upcoming show will include a special guest performance by “Mysterioso,” a comic psychic/fortune-teller played by actress and comedian, Shirley Simpson.

Mafioso Murders is set in the 1930’s at a Godfather's 75th birthday party when a rival family appears and a crime occurs. The audience will work with the professional actors to solve the mystery. According to Marney Austin, Executive Producer of Murder Ink Productions, “Murder Mysteries are so much fun because they let the audience get involved in the story line and become part of the show.”

During the production members of the audience will have the opportunity to participate as characters in the show. When a “murder” happens, clues are given to the audience to solve the crime.  Attendees are encouraged to dress in the era of the play (optional). Participation in the show is not required. The production is part of a new mystery/comedy event series held one Saturday a month at Fazio’s located at 700 W. Warner Rd. in Chandler. The next production will be Lights, Camera, Murder! on April 18, a show set in the 1960’s.

Since 1989, Murder Ink Productions has been presenting stage shows and murder mysteries for corporations and private parties throughout Arizona.
