PRLog -- Many New Jersey commercial and residenial properties are contaminated from leaking heating oil or gasoline tanks. Remediation of petroleum contaminated sites can easily exceed $100,000 if contamination impacts ground water or has traveled under a buildings foundation. Environmental Systems has tested and developed a" Bio- Remediation"
chemical that greatly reduces petroleum contamination in ground water and soils. Bio- Que has been tested on many commercial and residential sites in New Jersey with great success over the last 14 years. In one case, a property owner was provided with a proposal for site remediation requiring 1500 tons of contaminated soil to be removed. Bio-Que was added to the soils and less than 300 tons were required to achieve a NJDEP " No Further Action" letter. Gas stations and industrial sites have also been remediate using this chemical. Bio Remediation of a contaminated site is a process requiring remediation plan for treament and close monitoring. Prior to starting a BIo Remediation program all site are evaluated by staff Biologists and Licensd Site Remediation Professionals ( LSRP) to determine the proper mix of reagents that wold allow for aoptimal bio-remediation process.
