By: The Beehive From 9:30AM to 3:30PM, guests can indulge in a two-course prix fixe brunch beginning with items such as Italian Easter Egg Drop Soup (Stracciatella) For the late risers, The Beehive is serving Easter Dinner from 5:00PM-10:00PM from an à la carte menu, including Uni Crusted Grouper with braised collard greens, and green tabasco ($32), Duck Au Poivre with schmaltz fried rice and mustard pickles ($28) Roast Ham and Leg of Lamb and Lamb Shepard’s Pie with whipped parmesan potatoes and root veggies ($24). All day long guests can get in the spirit with signature cocktails such as the Beehive Bloody Mary ($11), Queen Bee with Skyy vodka, fresh grapefruit, St. Germaine and champagne ($13), Valentino Martini with Ketel One vodka, blood orange, and passion fruit ($12) and the Spiced Pear Collins made with gin, spiced pear puree, lemon, and soda ($12). All evening long guests can jam out to live jazz performances beginning at 5:00PM wth Liz Tobias. From 8:00PM to 12:00AM, The Beehive’s “Sunday Night Blues Series” will round off the night with an all-star house blues band led by 25-year musical veteran keyboardist and producer, Bruce Bears.
