Attorney Marie A. Accardi Joins Reardon Anderson, LLC

TINTON FALLS, N.J. - March 17, 2015 - PRLog -- Reardon Anderson, LLC recently welcomed a new and talented attorney to their firm – Marie A. Accardi. Marie, who is currently the Monmouth County Bar Association President, previously practiced at a regional law firm, where her clients included hospitals, insurance companies, and nursing homes. This experience will be a valuable asset to Reardon Anderson, LLC and is sure to benefit the firm’s clients.

Currently, Marie’s efforts are focused on defense of general liability, professional malpractice, product liability, and insurance coverage matters. She is no stranger to personal injury cases and is well-versed in New Jersey law. Marie is licensed to practice in New Jersey and the Federal District Court of New Jersey.

In the 20+ years that Marie has been in practice, she has tried numerous cases to verdict, displaying her undeniable talent in the courtroom. Her involvement has also been critical in several appellate matters, such as the reported decisions of James v. Torres and Washington v. Perez.

Marie began compiling qualifications after receiving her undergraduate degree from Douglass College, Rutgers University. She then obtained her law degree from Seton Hall School of Law in 1990. After graduating from law school, Marie served as a law clerk on the Appellate Division for the Honorable Julia Ashbey.  Today, Marie is the President of the Monmouth County Bar Association and has been actively involved since 1991. She had the privilege of chairing many committees, including Civil Practice, Professionalism, and Publications. Marie also currently holds the position of municipal prosecutor in Little Silver, New Jersey and the alternate municipal prosecutor in Rumson and Shrewsbury. For four consecutive years, beginning in 2005, Marie was appointed as a member of the District IX Ethics Committee by the New Jersey Supreme Court.
