Norwood Restaurant Dishing Out a Delicious Easter Brunch Buffet and Seasonal Dinner Specials from Executive Chef Andy DiPace

BOSTON - March 17, 2015 - PRLog -- WHAT: On Sunday, April 5th, 2015, SKY in Norwood, MA invites diners to join them for an Easter celebration. Beginning with a sumptuous Easter buffet brunch from 9:30AM – 2:00PM, guests will enjoy a bounty of breakfast favorites along with Executive Chef Andy DiPace’s selection of specialty entrees. Later in the day, Easter dinner will be served from 3:00PM-9:00PM featuring a special menu of Chef DiPace’s seasonal favorites in addition to SKY’s regular dinner menu.

Early risers will enjoy SKY’s popular brunch extravaganza featuring a bounty of choices for even the most discriminating palates. Diners will enjoy a variety of stations including fresh-baked pastries and bagels, make-your-own omelets, hand-carved favorites like roast turkey and angus sirloin as well as a variety of chef’s signature seasonal dishes. Always a crowd pleaser, the make-your-own bloody mary bar is a brunch experience essential. Finally, guests can indulge in the featured display of handmade desserts that surround a four foot chocolate fountain.

Guests looking to celebrate over a special dinner will enjoy dishes like White Spring Truffle Deviled Eggs ($13) fresh farm deviled eggs, shaved white truffles, fresh lobster fig pearls and shaved pecorino, Spinach and Pineapple Stuffed Pork Loin ($24), maple honey glazed, slow roasted and sliced, and purple potato mash, and Black Pepper Encrusted Rack of Lamb ($29), Mediterranean tart, fresh artichokes, roasted red peppers, spinach, olives, olive oil marinated feta, balsamic fig demi glaze. Finally for dessert, diners can indulge in the Strawberry Rhubarb Pie ($8), butter milk flakey crust, vanilla ice cream, and vanilla lavender glaze.
