WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - March 16, 2015 - PRLog -- The Grandview Heights Historic District of West Palm Beach will host their 16th annual historic home tour on Sunday, March 29 from 3 to 7 p.m.  Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, with the oldest section of the neighborhood established in 1912, Grandview Heights has one of the highest concentrations of historically significant architecture in the city, including Spanish Mission, Spanish Colonial Revival, Florida Bungalow, American Four-Square, Art Deco and Dutch Colonial Revival.  Located within walking distance to City Place and the downtown Clematis Street Historic District, this neighborhood has become one of the most desirable residential communities in West Palm Beach due to its superb location and eclectic, old south Florida charm.

This year’s tour features 12 unique homes dating back to the earlier twentieth century and their owners who are dedicated to preserving Florida history.  Highlights include displays of well-known Florida artists, The Highwaymen, as well as a neighborhood street party including a catered meal by Aioli of West Palm Beach, wine and beverages, and live entertainment by LotSaPapa, one of the area’s most popular bands appealing to all ages.

Purchase tickets by Thursday, March 26 to receive early bird pricing of $30 per ticket, or purchase a VIP 4-pack for $100 and receive a limited edition 2015 Historic Home Tour poster.  Tickets will be available the day of the event for $35.  Visit historicgrandview.eventbrite.com (http://www.eventbrite.com/e/grandview-heights-historic-ho...) or www.grandviewheights.net to purchase your 2015 Grandview Heights Historic Home Tour tickets.
