Scott Karosa CEO of All American Home Mortgage announces firm expansion

HENDERSON, Nev. - March 16, 2015 - PRLog -- Scott Karosa, Chairman and CEO of All American Home Mortgage, L.L.C. a Henderson, Nevada based mortgage lender has announced the firm’s current expansion and future objectives.

All American Home Mortgage, Nevada’s leader in high rise and luxury lending has recently added three firms to its’ portfolio of lenders, bringing its’ total lending relationships to 22.

“We are pleased to bring that these three lenders had the confidence in our firm and in our track record to agree to accept business from All American Home Mortgage effective immediately”, Chairman Scott Karosa stated.  With the addition of these lenders we are now able to lend to foreign nationals from any country as long as they are not listed on the Secretary of State’s OFAC list, Karosa continued.

“As long as an individual has the required 50% down payment on the property, we will be able to finance the rest, Karosa stated. “The addition of these lenders now allows us to lend funds for hi rise purchases with as little as 5% down from the buyers of the units. We will not be able to lend even more aggressively that we have in the past.

All American Home Mortgage has previously funded loans at Turnberry Towers, Turnberry Place, Mandarin Oriental, Veer Towers as well as Panorama Towers, Signature at MGM Queensridge and The Martin.
