Perfect for the experienced and beginner yogi alike, learn ancient mindfulness practices and gentle yoga stretches while soaking up the ambient light and restful beauty of a Suffolk retreat. Set in the beautifully restored Potash Barns, which now boasts boutique-standard accommodation, the weekend consists of a daily morning 45-minute mindfulness meditation session followed by 90-minutes of hatha yoga, and 1.5 hour evening sessions mixing restorative yoga with relaxing meditation All sessions take place in our light-flooded studio overlooking sweeping countryside and extra treatments are available for added cost. Choose from reflexology, massage and Indian head massage. Food is vegetarian, delicious and super-fresh. While the emphasis is on healthy eating, the weekend also aims to be sensuous, so expect flavoursome hearty meals and afternoon tea and cakes - including our legendary dark chocolate brownies! Just two hours’ drive from London (or 90 minutes train from Kings Cross), the venue promises the perfect short get-away. Expect to come back with a whole new attitude to life!
