PHOENIX - March 13, 2015 - PRLog -- The two day Caliber Summit will be held at Crowne Plaza Airport Hotel.  It  is expected to draw many  investors seeking to take  advantage of the recovering Arizona real estate industry. Caliber, a successful full service real estate investment company operating in Arizona, will be hosting the event.

Day 1 of the event will focus on understanding the trends and outlook for Arizona’s real estate market. Caliber’s CEO Chris Loeffler will review the year that has passed and give the participants a glimpse of what’s in store in the future. Arizona’s housing market has been particularly hard hit by the economic downturn and the foreclosure crisis,  but is now showing signs of positive recovery.

The recovery of the housing industry is also helping the growth of Arizona’s local economy, which is expected to outpace the US economic growth according to BMO Capital markets. There are still many opportunities that investors can take advantage in a recovering economy. For example, average rent for Phoenix has gone up by 5.3 percent versus 2013 according to a report released by Market Watch. This data suggests that rental yields on investments should also go up.

Potential investors would need guidance on how to navigate the volatile real estate market in Arizona. Hence, the summit would also highlight the body of work that Caliber has, and the high quality investment service they provide to investors. Chris will be joined by other founders of the company, namely:  Chief Development Officer Donnie Shcrader, Chief Investment Officer Jennifer Schrader, and Director of Investment Services  Zach Fuller.

Various investment workshops designed to further improve the investment acumen of the attendees will also take place on Day 1.  At the end of the day, the participants will be invited to take part in a Voluntary Monopoly Tournament for the benefit of The Joe Foss Institute,  a non-profit organization that engages veterans and teachers to promote patriotism among America’s youth.

On Day 2, participants will get to know more about the new ventures and opportunities at Caliber with Fuller leading the session. The highlight of the day would be a panel discussion on what works in the real estate market today. The discussion will be led by Jonathan Frutkin, a highly regarded lawyer who also founded a real estate development company, Lisa Pudewell Director of Acquisitions and Sales at Caliber and Jeff Cline, a top rank real estate agent.

Throughout the event, the various panel discussions and investment workshops will touch a range of topics relevant for every real estate investor such as evaluating real estate investment property, Canadian Cross Bordering and hot new trends in Equity Crowdfunding,  the Jumpstart Our Business Startups Act, or JOBS Act,  as well as what next generation real estate investing would look like.

Participants will also get a chance to network with other investors and industry bigwigs in attendance. The summit is simply a hot  soirée that should not be missed.
