Replay Resorts Assumes Operations At Tamarack Resort

DONNELLY, Idaho - March 12, 2015 - PRLog -- New TR Acquisitions Co. LLC (NEWTRAC), the owner of Tamarack Resort, announced today that industry leader Replay Resorts will assume overall operational management for the resort, except for golf operations, effective May 1, 2015.

Replay, which was hired last year to provide oversight of the resort’s assets, will replace the Tamarack Municipal Association (TMA), the homeowners’ association that stepped in to manage day-to-day ski operations in 2010 as the resort went through and successfully exited bankruptcy proceedings.

“Our relationship with Replay Resorts has been an important part of Tamarack’s resurgence,” said David Papiez, project manager for NEWTRAC. “It’s a logical next step to move from the homeowners’ association to professional ski resort management.”

He added, “You really have to hand it to the homeowners’ association for keeping the resort alive during some challenging times and making a lot of skiers happy in the process.”

Papiez said that encouraging progress is being made at the resort, including an upturn in season pass sales for the 2015-16 winter ski season and significantly higher demand for residential vacation real estate property at Tamarack.
