Well known advisors and owners, such as Kavanagh, will share their practical knowledge and experience on preparing for and successfully executing business succession. Kavanagh will participate in a panel discussion focused on “Exit Strategies and Options You Should Consider.” Other topics at this year’s Summit include growth capital, ESOP’s, internal ownership transition, management and leadership succession and sale. A. in Psychology. He is a member of The American Society for Training & Development and on the board of The Association of Learning Providers. In addition to featured speakers, the summit will include panelists and a fireside chat.
