Richman Wins Award at NACLB Conference

March 12, 2015 - PRLog -- Steven Richman of Business Funding Solutions won the Largest Deal Closed award at the NACLB conference held in Las Vegas on March 8-10, 2015.  The 1st conference of its kind was held to bring together commercial loan brokers and lenders together.  The meetings held over 3 days concentrated on industry trends, negotiation, conventional and unconventional lending products and marketing.   There were over 300 attendees in attendance at the conference.


Richman, who has been working in the commercial loan industry since 1989 was honored by the recognition he received.  He said, " working on large transactions have many ups and downs, but the key is to keep believing in the process".  The transaction which was for the development of luxury homes in the Phillipines closed in December 2014.
