The first virtual career fair for physicians and medical students was hosted by ubivent

MANNHEIM, Germany - March 12, 2015 - PRLog -- Due to the increased importance of online communication in our society, the search for a new job is determined more and more by new media. In order to accommodate this development and to meet applicants where they are searching for career opportunities, the Centers for Psychiatry in Baden-Württemberg (ZfP) decided to conduct a virtual career fair for physicians and medical students with ubivent.

During the two-day online fair, several hundred participants had the chance to obtain information about career opportunities in the psychiatric clinics of the ZfP group. The different clinics of the group presented themselves at individual booths, giving the participants information about the clinic location, the range of services, the various attractive working models as well as the working environment. Roland Kuttner, Human Resources Manager of the Weissenhof psychiatric clinic, knows: „If you want to get the top job seekers, you have to convince them with attractive offers. We decided to conduct an online career fair, because these days applicants use the Internet as their main source of information about interesting offers with development opportunities.“

Claudia Kellermann, responsible for the fair’s marketing at ZfP Weinsberg, sums up the benefits of the fair: “Such an event saves time and money for everyone, since its participation is free of charge for visitors and there is no need to travel or pay expensive booth rent“.
