Two Snell & Wilmer Partners Published in Trial Preparation Book Bringing Together Top Trial Lawyers

Bringing together legal strategy, psychology and persuasion theory, the book offers a fresh approach to trial preparation, one that focuses on how jurors learn, think and deliberate. Inclusion as chapter authors is recognition of their trial experience and demonstrates their capabilities as litigators.

Ms. Sungaila is the sole appellate lawyer to author a chapter in the book. Her chapter, Living to Fight Another Day: Preserving the Record for Appeal, draws on her experience consulting at trial and serving as part of the extended trial team focused on preserving the record for appeal and maximizing the chances of prevailing at trial.

Mr. Feinberg, drawing on over 20 years of trial experience, provides unique and personal insights into the art of trial advocacy. Utilizing specific, real world examples, Mr. Feinberg illuminates and demystifies the process, bringing forward practical ideas on how best to present to and interact with jurors.

Ms. Sungaila has consistently briefed and argued appeals raising cutting-edge core business issues, and has helped secure important rights for women and girls, nationally and internationally.
