Dana has hired fitness and finance coaches to help her with her personal life and has attended many personal growth seminars and workshops. Most importantly, it was great mentors and coaches that have impacted her life positively and helped her decide to become a career coach.

“I got involved in personal growth seminars and workshops about ten years ago and I could see how important the skills I was learning were in building a business,” she said. “When you are a running a small business it is absolutely about your personal growth. People usually come to me when they are frustrated and struggling and I help them regain sight of their vision and passion. I’m about creating big changes in their businesses.”

Earhart-Litif has 20 years of experience in corporate consulting, training, fundraising and management. In her time in corporate America, she has overseen as many as 100 people in different leadership capacities. Now, she applies her experience to help small business overcome their challenges.

Her financial goal for small businesses is to reach the $100,000 mark.

“What motivates me is being able to lift up others and help them see the incredible gifts and skills they have and may, or may not, see,” Earhart-Litif said.

Dana moved to Henderson 14 years ago and has lived in Illinois and Pennsylvania after having grown up in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. One of her proudest achievements was completing five levels of leadership courses with PSI Seminars, an international personal development and leadership organization.
